The $25 Membership fee doesn't even cover the costs of programming your access codes but we're doing our best to keep your costs down. To make transactions safe and convenient, we gladly accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discovercard on a COMPLETELY safe and confidential manner via our "Secure Server". Unlike most other Websites, we do NOT automatically re-charge your card for Membership Renewal. There's a convenient space on the Membership Form for you to submit a renewal. I'm sorry, but after issuing and programming Membership, we CANNOT make refunds. By submitting a Membership Application Form, you are agreeing to these conditions. ALL of your information is kept totally confidential unless you do what's described below:
For the few people who think it's cool to LIE to obtain Membership, and for those who think it's neat to try to cancel your credit card charge after signing up: Please be forwarned: Once your access is programmed and the Membership fee has been processed, there can be NO refunds of the Membership Charge. You are agreeing to pay the One-Time NON-REFUNDABLE Charge when you submit your Membership Form. If you try to pull shananigans like that, ALL of your personal information will be posted in the "Hall of Shame" on the Website so that ALL Members will know who and where you are. Your Membership form will also be forwarded to the Charge Card Company as well to verify that you authorized the charge. Yes these forms are trackable.
The "Hall of Shame" is for the benefit of Members so they will be aware of unpleasant happenings and hopefully will not be used or abused by someone who has demonstrated a lack of truthfullness or trust. There have been many people who have attempted to "Pull a scam" to obtain free Membership, materials, ads etc., and those people need a "Free Posting" area. That's the "Hall of Shame". We simply post the appropriate information and you can decide for yourself...
